Negative test and pregnant

Anyone's urine test come out negative but blood work and ultrasound stated pregnant ? I'm 11 weeks all urine test come out negative and so the doctors did ultrasound and blood work and we saw baby and blood work came out positive. Why could this be ? And baby is perfectly healthy. Anyone else had this ?
