Bleeding

I am 5 weeks 4 days pregnant according to my pregnancy app I have my first prenatal visit on wednesday 11/11 i just went to the restroom and when I wiped myself there was blood on the toilet paper not that much but a little and i have mild cramps and lower back pain still worried this is my second pregnancy and with my first i experienced heavy bleeding like if i was on my period when i was a little over 3 months and dr put me on bedrest..any of u ladies experienced it too?
