Fiancé chose his mom over me

After being engaged for a year and a half, planning our wedding and him moving half of my stuff into his place....he broke up with me. All he said was "You dont make me happy anymore." After a week of not being able to eat without throwing up, or sleep I had to pick up my things from his place. He left my stuff outside and told me I wasn't allowed in. Then he has his mother come over and walk inside the house and they both just watched and smirked as I was crying carrying my stuff to my car. I've never felt so much pain and it hurts worse knowing that's what they wanted me to feel.

How can I start eating again? I'm losing pounds by the day and cant keep anything down. I have severe heartburn and I've never had heartburn or chest pain before. If I lie down to sleep I get acid burning my throat so I cant sleep either. Someone please help.
