Questions for moms with GD

Ok ladies so I took my 1 hour glucose test Monday and got my results in Thursday. My dr uses a 139 scale. They said 139 was the highest they wanted and I scored a 185. I fasted for 12 hours before and drank the drink on time and everything. So they had me do a 3 hour test Friday, do you ladies think I'll pass or fail??? Or any advice on what to do if it comes back that I have GD?
