Freaking out

A couple of months ago I was diagnosed with a 6cm ovarian cyst in my left ovary. The doctor gave me 2 boxes of a 21 day pill to take for two months, it’s supposed to put the ovary to rest so that the cyst will dissolve. I ended the second box of pills 12 days ago and ever since, my left ovary hurts all the time. Is the pain related to the cyst still being there ? Or do you think the cyst is gone? Help I’m freaking out !
