Super crazy break out , breakup?

Hey everyone so I'll cut the long story short.

I fell in love with this guy and we started dating , for my bday we celebrated big and he treated me amazing. That night we had sex and he didn't pull out. I took plan b the next day. I was worried those weeks cuz I wasn't sure I've i ovulated ( didn't track it at the time). Nevertheless , I got my period and so on. I didn't have sex again. I wanted to go on a safe method cuz I was scared.

So next month comes and so , we are kind far from each other so we still didn't have sex. I was getting my period each month

Shortly later he broke up with me out of the blue , he was acting weird then decided to call it cuts and I was heartbroken of course but I think I dealt with it great.

At the moment I had a few skin breakouts but nothing crazy.

I was also taking a lot of vitamins including high doses of b12 , vitamins D , C and a few other oils. I had taken too much for a few days and woke up dizzy and nauseated.

After I calmed down I felt fine and I didn't feel sick the next day or any day after.

I noticed my skin started breaking out like it never has before, I mean I know I break out but never will my full cheek be covered in acne.

My mom thinks i was upset from the breakup and it triggered it and made it worse. I thought it was that and the over doing of supplements.

Ive had my period each month on each date around same days and my periods are really only 2-3 days. The first day bleeds the heaviest ( red with clots ) and the next days get better.

So now I was over thinking and was wondering am I pregnant and don't know? I mean I haven't had sex since jan.

Was I stressed and this caused the acne I'm now healing ?

Was I overwhelmed ???

Just need some reassurance, I've been worrying and I think I'm fine but I'm probs hurting deep down.

Much advice would be great
