Clomid? Ovulation? Endometriosis

Hi everyone, 
Has anyone with endometriosis been put on Clomid or another ovulation drug before trying to conceive for a year? It’s been about 9 months and I can’t get a single positive ovulation test. I’m just wondering if the doctors will prescribe if you have endometriosis but haven’t been trying for a year?

I’ve done over 12 rounds of Clomid and Femara and I have Endometriosis, last lap was in September 2018, RE said we can do 2 IUIs before I have to have another surgery since I didn’t take medication to help suppress the disease.
