The only way to get your milk supply back is demand. Pump and nurse as often as possible and your supply should eventually come back if it's only been a week

Yes, it is definitely possible. It depends largely on the baby though. Try breastfeeding them at a time you would normally bottle feed them. It might not work the first time, you will need to keep trying for awhile but don't give up. Every feeding always offer breast first and try not to give up on it too soon.
