Stress??
Every since I can remember I've bit the side of my jaw from nervousness! It started around 4th grade when I started taking interests in my appearance and being self conscious about every thing. I would bite so much until it would turn raw and burn if I ate certain food. Over the years I let it go and only do it if I'm really stressed out. I can go months with out biting and sometimes years. Until something traumatic happens and I'll bite my jaw for about a month and stop. How can I stop doing this? My husband has noticed and I keep starting it back. It makes my tongue and jaw sore. I hate it. Ps. It's been bas since I've been in quarantine 😣
