I'm 9 weeks and 3 days pregnant and I've been so sick all day everyday. I've been to the ER twice in the last two weeks, I've lost 7 pounds in 5 days. I can't keep anything down, medications doesn't  work, IV's don't really help anymore either. I call out to work almost every other shift. I know they are starting to get upset, which is understandable. my question is should I just take more time off until I feel better ? I already got a doctors note and took two weeks off, I was able to go back one day , and have called out twice this week already. I just feel guilty because I like working I just physically can't do anything. I have no energy. Has anyone else gone through this , or any advice ? It's stressful, I feel overwhelmed. Nobody seems to understand how sick I am, or at least I feel that way! Haha
