Eating while pregnant
Okay so I’ve been up since 5:30am I ate part of a waffle and that’s it and at 7:30am my parents wanted to go to target so I went with them I started getting hungry at 9am and we were still at target and when I start getting really hungry I start to feel light headed and my hands shake (always been that way) but now I’m pregnant so obviously I always want to avoid that. So I told my parents we needed to stop and eat somewhere because I was started to feel light headed and the closest options that were open since a lot is closed due to Covid-19 so only Taco Bell and mc Donald’s we’re open so I decided on Taco Bell and one of their breakfast burritos that has cheese, egg , bacon and hash brown
( I know not the best option out there but like I said I needed to eat something before I started to shake) my boyfriend was asleep at home so when I called him and he asked what I ate today I told him and he got mad because it’s not healthy and I understand but every time I eat anything “unhealthy” he gets mad, he doesn’t like when I eat ham, any sweets at all and stuff like that because his mom always told him how she would only eat fruits and veggies while pregnant and stuff. So a lot of the times I feel so judged and feel like I can’t eat anything so I end up eating the same things I eat everyday. I don’t know if I’m being exaggerated, am I? I’m also only 8 weeks , and I’ve just been eating fruits and veggies and stuff like eggs and chicken but sometimes I get a craving and I can’t even give into it because he won’t let me and gets mad.
