What is this ? Is it an allergy?

Hello! I am struggling with this weird itchiness in the crevices of my body. I don’t know what it is but itsbeen going on for a week now and it’s almost unbearable, I haven’t shaved or anything so I don’t know what it is but like I said itsin the folds of my body. I am not extremely overweight I’m a little bit overweight though. I haven’t changed anything in my diet it just happened all of a sudden.

It’s these weird red bumps that are really itchy. This is my bikini line/upper thigh

This is under my breast. It’s swollen from being itchy. What do I do?!?! Creams aren’t helping 😕😔😔😔😔
