Postpartum Bleeding or AF?

Tried posting this on postpartum mommies group but didn't get any responses 🤷🏼‍♀️ so maybe someone here can help me.

How do you know whether it's still postpartum bleeding or if it's your first period? I had a c section 6 weeks ago. I bled for the first 5 weeks and hadn't bled for a week then starting today I'm bleeding again. Bright red/pink in color. Did i overdue it cleaning this week (used the carpet scrubber to scrub carpets 🤦🏼‍♀️) and made the bleeding start back up? Or could this be my first period? I'm not breastfeeding only pumped for the first two weeks then stopped. Only mentioning that because I know that makes a difference when your period starts back up.
