Most important newborn items?

Question

Ebf, we have a swing. Planning to buy a pack and play bassinet, boppy pillow, clothes, tummy time arch with a prop pillow and other tummy time toys, etc. 
What am I forgetting? Only the most essential items, especially the stuff needed in the first 3 weeks or so. We're on a budget and will buy more after baby is born.

Have bottles and formula just in case. You dont have to open it or anything, it takes so much stress off of EBF moms knowing you have a back up it really helps you relax and makes breast feeding so much easier. Safe place to sleep. I personally hated swaddle blankets with the velcro I liked the muslin blankets they had more then one use and where easy to swaddle with. Onsies diapers and wipes.

I'd have one bottle just in case. Some sleepers, a place for baby to sleep, and you're good. Babies really don't need much for the first month or so.
