Ask your provider. They should make a recommendation based on your last iron levels. My prenatal has 27 mg plus I take a prescription iron pill that’s 325 mg (65 FE) three times per day.

It’s better to check with your doctor. Mine is low too, though i still don’t have the report of how low it is. In the vitamin pills my obgyn prescribed has 27mg per day.

My prenatal has iron in it and it’s 56mg. So I wouldn’t think 14 is near enough.
