Sex with a UTI?

I have a UTI I'm not sure what kind. Long story short I was at the ER I'm 18 weeks pregnant and have some UTI but unknown what kind!

Can I have sex and it be safe for my partner and me?

Having sex with a UTI is a horrible idea. It will make the UTI worse, the sex will be unbearably painful and not enjoyable and it will make the UTI worse. Wait untill your UTI gone before you have sex again. UTI sex= bad painful idea

As a person who had chronic UTI's for 2 years...that's the worst thing you could do. PS- A.Z.O and cranberry vitamins are your best friend!

Didn't no I had a UTI . I had sex n it was so painful n started bleeding :( went to the doc n he said I had a bad uti were 2 other appt they never noticed I had it ..... I lost my baby after that :( this was last month
