Need advice: gestational diabetes
Just got diagnosed with gestational diabetes and would love some advice on how others handled it.
General info
I’m 26 years old
33 weeks pregnant
First pregnancy
Was slightly overweight at the beginning of pregnancy but have only gained around 10lb
Family history of diabetes type 2
Took the 3 hour glucose test
Passed the first hour
Second hour was 166
Third hour was 150
