Rolling over in the middle of the night
My 7 month old is rolling over in the middle of the night and waking herself up, then doesn’t go back to bed for about an hour or so after I go in and get her. She was sleep trained, so I typically try not to feed during the night. Does this happen to you guys? How are you handling it? My thought is that she will have to learn to do toll mid-night and self soothe, right?
