5 weeks pregnant having pink bleeding/discharge

I found out I was pregnant on Wednesday after a year of trying this is my first pregnancy so am over the moon, however as of lastnight iv started bleeding or having discharge not sure only when wiping it’s dark pink in colour seemed to have stopped today but now it’s back ☹️ caller Doctor today but they won’t see me because of the corona virus an me not having any cramping an because I’m only 5 weeks, don’t even feel pregnancy anymore accept for having lower back pain witch probly isn’t a good sigh , iv made privet appointment for scan but soonest I could get is for 17th won’t be able to stop worrying til then
