Is chiropractic care safe first trimester?

I go to the chiro regularly, once a week or so, but have not been since a bit before quarantine (almost 2 months). I am 10 weeks pregnant, but my back is killing me and a heating pad isn’t cutting it.

My chiropractor has been a lifesaver throughout this pregnancy. I was having migraines and a lot of other physical pain and it’s all gone now. I’m 31 weeks and see her weekly.

I keep up with my weekly adjustments. My chiropractor does have experience with pregnant women and I trust him (11years of treatment)

I wouldn't unless the chiropractor has expertise in pregnancy. There are plenty of those around so you should be good if you find one.

You can your whole pregnancy if they know how to work on a pregnant lady. Some do and some don’t. My chiropractor specializes in it, they also specialize in children including infants!

You have to get approval from your dr before you see chiro or get a massage. 
I had to wait until I was past 12 weeks to see either with a history of bulging disc of L4 and 2 pinched nerves.

I went every month with my last pregnancy. My chiropractor specifically takes prwgnant women.
