I had to wean in order to try to get a cycle. I went down to two feedings and that’s when my body started to say okay! I still produce milk for my 13 month old son and I’m 7 weeks pregnant

Got my period back at 5 months postpartum and was still breastfeeding. I started tracking bbt and using opks. Got pregnant at 7 months pp. By 12 weeks of pregnancy my milk supply dropped significantly. I went down to only nursing once a day and used that and my freezer stash to get my daughter to her 1st bday. But then I completely dried up

We started trying when my son was 11 months. It took us two cycles. However I dried up almost instantly and now we don’t breastfeed at all. Was kind of a bummer but at least I made it a year.
