Could I be pregnant?

So back in October I had a miscarriage, before I found out I was pregnant, I was 21 days late and all my test were negative up until the 21 days I was late. Well I’m now 18 days late and I’ve taken a couple test and they show up negative, could I be pregnant again? I have all the same symptoms I had before and now I’m just nervous and scared because I seem to catch my pregnancy late. What do y’all think?
