Just diagnose

The doctor finally gave me the news yesterday I think I always knew I had it.. Been TTC for a while for our third with no result. I’m scared and a bit mad at my self. I know I need to make a change on my lifestyle but don’t know where to start. Im a bit confused and kind of in denial. I was given Metformin since are goal is another baby. She also gave me prenatal. My husband is sweet about the whole situation. I’m gonna do my research to get a better understanding.. But I am a bit scared and disappointed at my self. 😔😔
