Period or D&C bleeding

So i had a MC in march and had my first d&c march 18th. I then had another d&c for retained product on April 23rd.

I barely had any bleeding and my levels are back to 0. They were at 13 before my last d&c. So basically gone.

I started bleeding today and cramping just like a period. Bright red blood. Not too much but enough to wear a pad and cramps/back pain as my usual period

Is it possible to have my period only 2 weeks post second d&c. Keep in mind technically im 7 weeks post my first d&c.
