Does this count as Baby 2 or baby 3?

Pregnant AF. This will be my third pregnancy. I had one in 2018 and gave birth at 39 weeks. And was pregnant a second time due in early 2020 but lost that pregnancy at 27 weeks, so we were fully prepared since it was third trimester. Pregnant again and due December 2020 (yes, I feel guilty about the quick timeline and turnaround, trust me).

So is this baby 2 or 3? We literally have a custom urn and had to have the remains of my second pregnancy cremated. So it feels dismissive to say that my current pregnancy is number 2 but saying number 3 feels weird too? What do y'all think?
