Clogged milk duct 😭

It started about a week ago under my left breast and it was super minor. Still I couldn’t unclog. Now a week later it has grown and is way more painful. I feel like I have tried everything. I’m starting to feel body aches (no I don’t have covid, haven’t left the house) within the past 24 hrs and I started taking advil for those.

Please offer anything you have tried that has worked! It’s taking a toll on me and hurts to hold my LO.
