Sweat down there?

Im 27+5 and the sweat is out of control. I’m 100000% sure it’s sweat as I am a naturally hot natured sweaty person but dang. I am out of work so I normally wear loose fitting shorts all day unless going to an appointment or store and I still sweat even though the fans on and I’m not even slightly hot. God forbid if I do go out and wear underwear (cotton and breathable btw) when I get back home my underwear’s soaked in sweat. Any tips? Like I said 99% of the time I’m in loose fitting shorts with no undies and I can’t get it to stop!
