Is BBT any good for me?
1) I have PCOS (am on metformin for it)
2) I am a terrible sleeper, I wake up at least once an hour, sit up to have a drink throughout the night etc
3) never in a million years will I have a solid 3 hour sleep before my alarm goes off for me to temp.
Should I carry on temping or is it not worth it for me?
