Pregnant after IUD fell out!

So excited to get my positive! Couldn’t sleep last night knowing I was going to take the test this morning. Backstory: I had a copper IUD. In the beginning of April, I started my period and noticed the strings hanging out. Got an over the phone Dr. appointment the next morning. The doctor said she was 99% sure the IUD was just sitting in the vaginal cavity and to just pull it out myself. She was right! And I only had it 1 year! My hubby and I were not going to start trying for another month, but my body said to get this thing out 😂 I’m actually so surprised that I got pregnant on the first month. Like what? It did not go that way with our first. But so so excited for this little tiny baby in my belly ❤️ Peep my little guy in the background haha
