Ovulation Confusion help!!

So these strips just aren't getting dark for me.. n than they finally got darker n are maintaining the same shade for the past few days.. The dollar store one got way darker for me yesterday.. can someone please diagnose these n tell me what I'm seeing if I'm ovulating or if I ovulated. Also my period tracker says I'm due for period on 11/15 .. but glow keeps pushing it back n glow says I'm due 11/21
