Weird Marks???

Hi! I saw someone else in this group post a similar thing but no replies so I’m hoping maybe someone sees this!

I had these two small circles on my stomach that sort of looked like dry skin but I didn’t really think anything of it and put some lotion on them and let them be. Well they haven’t gone away and now I notice them on my chest! My roommate who is a nurse said they could be sun spots but I find it weird that suddenly I just have all these things popping up!

Any ideas?
