Returning the favour?

Hey so, little awkward for me but I’ve just started becoming active with my current bf. But he never goes down on me and if I does, its, rough hands and will spend 30 seconds down town and then makes (with my consent I just can’t think of a better word) me finish him off for ages like at least 10 minutes like two or three times a day. I just don’t know what to say to him haha. I’ve tried asking for more but it’s happened like 10 times now and I just —- anyone else in this situation?
