2 chemical pregnancies in a row

Last month in October I tested positive 3x before AF was due then a couple days after it was due I started bleeding and bad cramping. I had a chemical pregnancy. This month in November I tested 2x again only 2&3days before AF was due and both were positive, I've had many symptoms this month but again my period came once again😟 another chemical pregnancy. I'm only 22, healthy, I have a healthy 1.5yr old.
