After my daughter I weighed 215 and this is how I looked

I have tried so many different work outs to lose weight I have tried eating healthier and drinking more water but nothing I was doing was working. For 2 years I felt like I was gaining rather than losing weight. Well I made the decision to purchase a work out plan from a woman I follow on IG. I purchased it on Friday May 1st. When I tell you the work outs are intense I mean they are intense. My whole body is sore but I am not complaining after seeing my progress in just ONE WEEK!!!! I have 3 more weeks to go and can not wait to see my results 😩🙌🏽 below are side by side comparisons.
