anyone else struggle w your work schedule never lining up w your mans?😔

I need major help yall😭 I'm a woman that LOVES plans, like I need plans. and if my plans don't work out, my world feels like its out of control. I've talked to my counselor a lot ab this BUT I wanna hear how "real life" people handle it when plans with your man doesn't work out?

he works at a moving company that doesn't have a set schedule. he finds out the night before if he has to work the next day and he might work until 12pm or he might work until 11 at night. IT STRESSES ME OUT.. we can never make plans and when we do they seem to always get ruined😔

our one year anniversary is in two weeks at he's 98% positive he isn't gonna be able to get off work because of a 5 trucks move they are planning to have that week

he hasn't been dealt the best life (his mom screws him over w his money basically and lost his car from a title loan) and i know he's doing the best he can.. its just so frustrating. any ideas to help us ?
