Baby throwing up after a nursing session

Hi. My daughter is 8 weeks old and exclusively breastfed. I think I have an over supply and my milk comes out very fast. My daughter has to catch her breath sometimes while nursing bc it’s coming out so fast. I also have her take breaks and burp her to try and prevent her drinking too fast. There are times, a few times a week, where she throws up what seems like all of the milk. I know there’s a difference between spit up and throw up. It seems to be projectile which makes me nervous. She’s very happy after she spits up, never has a fever, has plenty of wet diapers and is overall a happy baby. Should I be concerned with the “projectile” throw up? Is there ways to further prevent this from happening? Has anyone else experienced this? Thanks!
