Am I wrong for thinking this??

My baby’s father pays 750 in child support he makes 22 an hour as an lab tech. I make 12.50 as an CNA but currently still in college for my BS-Nursing.

He pretty much left us and now with another girl and her daughter. Use to force him to come get his son and even most times he didn’t. He would be with her and her daughter like come get my son to don’t exclude him so it was hurtful.

Their both trying to take me to court so he can get off of childsupport. It’s been 2 years he’s been on & always threaten me to take him off. Like really threaten me and talk mad crap about me to everyone.

I also moved out the state 3 months ago. I got back into school, I have more help with my son and everything is cheaper fly was expensive compared to AL. So he wants to see him at least a weekend out the month. Which is cool with me that’s his kid too. So if we meet Halfway that would be a 3hr drive for both but my kid will be in the car for 6 hours. I always told him he can always visit.

But I think his girl pretty much has control over him. And it shows. His own family doesn’t even much bother with him no more since he’s been with her.

He wants to pay me $150 every two weeks which is $300 a month. If I get that from him cause it won’t even be in black and white. I get no public assistance. No child care no food stamps nothing I tried and got denied. I pay 135 ever week for daycare. I also pay for clothes and food for him which is never a problem he’s my baby lol.

At this point I’m so sick of them both blasting me to the world. Telling people I’m bitter or money hungry. My child isn’t a babydoll. She use to make fun of and call me a dumbass on fb until His mother told him that he should never allow another female to bash the mother your children. We was together for 5 years and I’m not gonna lie it hurts for someone that I had a kid with and once wanna marry treat me like complete shit now.

So at this point I just wanna take him from child support I’m tired of the threats and just going thru the same thing over and over. I rather just pick up another job to support my son and I.
