Removing phlegm from lungs OTC pregnancy safe?

Basically im 20 weeks pregnant and have had hoarse voice and chest congestion for a week now. Had it one morning when i woke up, more congestion during humid days though.

Couldn't get an appointment just to get checked just in case. But they had me speak with a nurse to see if my symptoms sounded urgent so she could suggest seeing a doctor or somehow squeezing me in.

She asked if i had a fever at all during or before this time. I told her i haven't. I haven't even gotten a cold.

She asked if ive taken any otc medicines to see if they help, i let her know i was pregnant so their wasn't much medicine i can take so i haven't taken any.

She said it sounds like something that just needs to run its course and if it gets worse or i start spitting up dark phlegm or have shortness of breath to try calling again or if worse to go to the ER.

I was fighting with my toddler during this time who tried to take advantage of escaping up the staircase. So i forgot to ask if their were any pregnancy safe meds for chest congestion to loosen phlegm.

And i cant call her back right now as the clinic she works at and is my healthcare place closed like right after.

I bought this for my husband awhile ago when he was sick. Is this pregnancy safe or is their any other pregnancy safe medicines anyone could recommend or have taken during pregnancy?
