Thought Anxiety

Anyone else over think and over contemplate. Im doing some self reflecting and notice I have a tendency to always expect or anticipate something bad happening. Its a blessing and a curse. A blessing because I either have a plan or can come up with a plan quickly if stuff hits the fan cuz im always imagining what could go wrong. A curse because i think it prevents me from trying new things and just being overall positive. Anyone else struggle with their thinking and thoughts? How do you cope or overcome this. Any feedback appreciated!
