IUD strings feel longer? Displaced?

Hi ladies! I’ve had my IUD for about a year and a half now. It’s my second IUD, so I’m familiar with the variation of string length/changes month to month.

But, this is different. At first I couldn’t feel my strings hardly at all, then they were barely there and now they feel really long. I’ve also had painful intercourse, weird discharge, irregular menstruation and nausea (after sex especially). It’s been off for about a month or two now.

I think maybe my IUD has displaced and is too low. Anyone have experience with this? I’m going to try to get an appointment but with the virus, who know how open they are.
