What should I do?
So, I have been overweight all my life, I'm 20 now, and my dad always told me I should look weight, and he is super healthy, but been a kid and teen I went rebel. But now I want to start taking care more of my body and weight, because it was one of the problems I had with my period. So, I live with my mom, but she is not that healthy, and she doesn't here me out in varying the food, or making a list of what we need instead of randomly speaking things from the shelves. So, I really don't know how to start this journey.
