Unbelievably frustrated

I’m 12 weeks PP and had the mirena iud placed when I was just over 9 weeks PP. I had the mirena when I was beginning graduate school because I didn’t want any surprises while trying to get my schooling and career up and running. I had it placed for a full 5 years and never had a period with it. I loved it! Well, that was before babies for me. I realize periods after you have a baby can be totally different but I started my period 6 days after having mirena placed. I bled for 11 days straight and then on day 12 just some very light coloring when I wiped in the morning (yay!!!! Or so I thought). This morning I woke up and there was blood and it’s been getting heavier throughout the day!! What gives?! I’m thinking of maybe contacting my doc. Oh and prior to having my daughter my periods lasted anywhere from 3-5 days.

Anyone else having their periods with no end in sight?
