In-laws moving

So I posted the other day about my in-laws needing help moving and me and or my husband potentially helping them by moving a car. Well I definitely decided against it and convinced my husband we need to both stay home and wait it out a little longer. Things are slowly opening up and we should wait.

He agreed after some finessing but we decided no.

One thing I told him was that pending things opening and being safer next month we wanted to do a 3D ultrasound and we're thinking instead of going to the one we were originally going to (6 hours to our home town) we would instead travel to their new home area(15 hours but only 8 using a plane instead of driving the whole thing as we'd have to drive to an airport to get a decent price flight 🙄 but still lol) we decided it wasn't really the moving they needed, it was that they wanted to see my husband and show him their new home. So we decided that since it was more about seeing us/ us seeing the house, we'll plan it further out so that we can assess the situation further this month.

I told him we can do the scan and invite his parents to come to the scan as a surprise and I think that'll more than make up for us not helping move in a week or so. Anyways I know I'm rambling but I'm feeling much better about the situation and more in control.
