I thought i miscarried. 5w3d?

I was walking around target yesterday when i was feeling discomfort in my lower abdomen and 30 minutes later felt like i peed myself. I went to the bathroom while my fiancé took our godson into their bathroom. I looked down and there was bright red blood on my panties... i started crying immediately as it would’ve been my 3rd miscarriage in a row.. i left the bathroom still crying and stood in the hallway where my fiancé could see me from the bathroom. He sighed and told me to go wait in the car. We went to the emergency room and had my friend pick up our godson so he didn’t have to be around all this. Meanwhile i was in no pain.. just slight discomfort. Still bleeding though but no clots. My doctor said i had subchorionic Heterogeneous. Well last night my bleeding slowed down. Today its very little and mostly brown now. Still no pain i feel fine. If anything my morning sickness got 5xs worse this morning. Am I in the clear??
