banana bread

so i found a recipe online of the best banana bread right? but it takes 55 minutes. i leave in 30 ish minutes to go pick up my boyfriend from work and basically im fucked. i can have my brother watch it but hes not the best at telling when baked goods are ready. anyway i want it hot and ready lol. i have it at 350 could i turn it up any higher and have the same outcome as i would with the lower setting?
