Thin endometrium

Hi I did my transvaginal ultrasound at D14 around ovulation time and my uterus lining/ endometrium is only 6mm and was diagnosed as thin endometrium.

Can anyone advise me on how to improve this? Anyone had experience this?

Im so scared when I searched online that possiblity is the uterine scar or ashermans syndrome.

My periods had been normal 32-35 days normal bleeding 5 days.
