What is this?

Ladies, I gave birth normally to a beautiful baby girl four months ago. I resumed sexual activity at 7weeks pp. But about a few weeks ago, every time we have sex with my s/o, I experience a liquid gushing out of my urethra, I'm sure it's not from the vagina.. It doesn't snell n it's clear. I know this could be squirting, but why now? Why not before I had a baby? Does it mean my muscles are weak now? Anyone else experience this?
