Feeling discouraged

Hi mamas. I’m 39+3 and only a fingertip dilated. My cervix is firm and posterior. Problem is, I’m trying for a Vbac and need to go into labor naturally. I was induced at 40 weeks with my son and had a csection with my twins at 37 weeks. Both times there were no changes in my cervix. History is seems to be repeating. Anyone have any positive stories where they went into labor from nothing at all going on in the span of 4 days? I can’t go much past my due date.
