Thyroid meds

I was told my TSH is slightly higher than normal and have been prescribed levothyroxin. I am worried about taking it because I am TTCing. Would it affect my ovulation and cycles? I have absolutely no symptoms. No weight gain, no hair fall, ovulate every month on CD 16, period cycle is 28-30 days, my period lasts 5-7 days, I do have a toddler so I contribute my tiredness to that. So I'm wondering what I should do? I don't want my system to be out of wack if it's absolutely normal?
