Mucus Plug?

Question

I’m 33 weeks pregnant and today I have a discharge of a clear stick substance. Does it mean I’m about to lose my mucus plug? Or just a new discharge with pregnancy

Not sure if it makes a difference but I’m a high risk pregnancy
